In Brooklyn Heights I keep in mind there being a hotel right on
the Promenade that over looked downtown Manhattan. I keep searching for it online and
can't find anything about it. I need to say it was "The Watcher." What I am really looking for is a hotel in NYC that has an amazing see as well as is very easy to get too..
